FINALLY!

after months of procrastination, i finally started my work out session again!
i guess this is cos EVERYBODY has been telling me that i'm FAT & CHUBBY!
and i feel fat and chubby.. keep munching on food and all cos of the stupid weather..

anyways so that's it.. and the treadmill was busy! so instead i did cycling for 20 mins!
man! i really wanted to run..
oh wells! but i did..
crunches for my rectus abdominis
push ups for triceps and biceps (i think)
and weights for my deltoids

i forgot to do exercises for my back extensors like lat dorsi!

HAHAH bear with my ranting.. as i'm learning muscles of the back and the shoulder now!
so i have to put my knowledge to good use u know?!

HAHAHA

okie gotta have dinner and start studying now..
D*mn!
