Hahah this was planned way before exams started! Heheh and guess who initiated it..?! dear nisa of course! The girl who knows how to enjoy food.. most of us would be content with eating what we have or felt like having that particular day…
But this girl, plans what to cook the day before.. and she’ll contemplate again on the morning itself.. I was so stressed out by her!

Anyways.. we invited a couple of frds over.. just to have like a mini dinner kinda thing to celebrate exams being over!
So there were about 7 of us.. all from Latrobe uni and staying on campus.. hehehe!

THE DAY BEFORE:
We got up at about 11am to shower and get dressed. Trust me.. after exams, waking up at 11am is no easy feat due to the constant late hours that we held onto. So we went to the market and the supermarket to get the stuff..
Thanks to karina, we didn’t have to lug everything home taking the bus and tram. =)
So after the marketing trip, we got home. Me and nisa bummed around on the couch to watch a hindi movie and we both fell aslp! Hahah I fell aslp first and we both happened to wake up at around 7pm. I think..
After that we were marinating the lambs, so that by tmr the marinating sauce would have penetrated the lamb well and it’ll taste GOOD!
So for some reason, nisa asked me to blend all the stuff needed for marinating the lamb. And I must say, it turned out well and I’m proud of myself.. hehehehe
So yeah.. even while marinating the lamb, we had fun. With nonsensical jokes and all.. as seen by the pictures below!






ON THE DAY:
So on the day itself.. we roasted the lamb and all and karina make her chocolate cake which was good! And I’ve got the recipe.. maybe could try it out soon.. =P
And again, me and nisa were being experimental with the gravy for the lamb.. we added this and that.. this and that being oyster sauce, pepper and chicken stock.. so we added them till the taste of the gravy was tasty within reason..
Then karina also made her salad which was tasty as well!
So when everybody came, it was time to dig in! and it was good! Heheh
It was a good day.. =)
